BRAND NEW INFORMATION FOR THE 2010-2011 SEASON

Welcome to the new and improved Texans Soccer Club payment processing system. Here you will find all the information about how to pay club dues in a timely fashion.

HOW TO PAY YOUR CLUB DUES BY CREDIT CARD OR CHECK

 

Step 1: Login to the Texans Soccer Club Registration System by clicking MEMBER LOGIN. You must have the user name and password that you created when pre-registering online for tryouts. If you forgot your information, please email Danny Baker for assistance.

 

Step 2: Once you login, click on HOME (in the little box at the top of the screen) to bypass the welcome screen. You can turn off the welcome screen by checking the DO NOT SHOW AGAIN box before you click HOME.

 

Step 3: You should be redirected back to your registration application. This will now allow you to include a Credit Card number to link to your account, and allow you to select the proper Payment Plan for your situation. You will also be allowed to make any necessary updates to your application.

 

Step 4: You should now see your FAMILY ACCOUNT. Click on the PENCIL icon next the player's name to access that players account.

 

Step 5: Click on MAKE PAYMENTS or VIEW PAYMENTS.

 

(NOTE: The first time that you get this far, you will see a note that says accept team assignment. Click ACCEPT to proceed. It will ask you a second time to CONFIRM acceptance.)

 

Step 6: Once you have CONFIRMED your acceptance to the team, you will arrive at the PAYMENT OPTION screen. Complete the necessary information and click CONTINUE.

 

Step 7: Once completed you will see a confirmation screen that you can print for your records. For check payments, members must mail the check to the following address and once it is received, we will verify the payment. Confirmations for check payments will not be considered complete until the check is received and verified by the Texans Payment Administrators.

Make checks payable to TEXANS.

 

 

Please include the player's full name and team name in the memo section (i.e. Texans 99 Boys Red).
